Here is a short example script file that queues contour and receiver calculations for an area named "Calc area" and combination called "All Roads". The user has to type in the scenario to be calculated, which must be a scenario already in the database.
To run it, you type in the script pane on the output window:
Run calc "Base Scenario" (or whatever the scenario name is)
If you want to use this with a standalone database, remove the 'queue' parameter where shown in the script.
You can edit the file with NotePad or any simple text editor.
