Yes, but it's not immediately obvious. NoiseMap can import any model which is in the classic 'mnemonic' format. The codes aren't shown in the manual, but you can find them by looking at a model from SiteNoise Enterprise, or ask us at NoiseMap for a copy of them. So, to create a fixed working location named Pumps at a particular location and at a particular height, and to call it Working number 6, you would need a plain text file containing the following code:
TEXT
Pumps
WFX=411655.1WFY=248730.9HWF= 86.7
WNO= 6.0
For more items, just continue the list.
This is a fixed width format, and to avoid problems, it might be an idea to put each code on a separate line. Save it as a pure ASCII text file with the extension .MAS (short for Masterfile).
Then to load it into a NoiseMap Five model, use File>Import Scheme
With the appropriate codes, you can import many objects - Haul Routes, Roads, Receiver points and so on.
You can use Excel to generate files, but you will have to find out the best way for yourself.
The text file format is not a 'preferred' method as newer objects don't have codes and modern digital packages use different formats such as DXF, but it provides another way of delving into NoiseMap's engine for those so inclined.
