Title: NoiseMap's Help doesn't work on my new computer.

NoiseMap Enterprise uses WinHlp32 which Microsoft unhelpfully left out of Windows 7/8.

So if you get a message along the lines of "Why can't I get Help from this program?", you need to download and install this help system into your new computer.  See the following from the MS support site:http://support.microsoft.com/kb/917607 (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/917607)

Select the version appropriate to your operating system, download it an install it.
