What is the best way of exporting receiver noise levels?

There are two main ways of calculating results at individual receiver points.
The first is 'On-the-fly' calculation using Calculate>All receivers
This puts all the results onto the Output log screen from where they can be saved to an external file.  This is a good method for getting the results of one or two receivers where you want to see the detail of the calculation, but it is not very efficient if you want to do post-processing in Excel, for example.

For this, it is better to use Calculate>Calculate Database Receivers
This stores all the receiver results in the database.  Then you load the database receivers using

Calculate>Load Receiver Results

Then you can export the results from the database, using Calculate>Export Receiver Results

This will export a csv file that you can load into Excel with the various fields or columns properly organised.

It also lets you do something else rather neat.

You can selectively export the results. For example, when you have loaded the Receiver Results, you could use Find to select the ones over, say,  68 dB.
To do this go to Edit>Find
In Find Object scroll down and select Receivers
And in Parameter, scroll down and select Results
And in Search String, type 68> (or whatever range of results you want.)
And then click Select all

Then when you Export Receiver Results, only the selected receivers are exported, in this case all those over 68 dB.

The Find function can be used to find or select receivers on other criteria as well. For example, those with a particular address.

If you have exported all the results into Excel, you can find all those over 68 by using Conditional Formatting. The button is on the Home tab.  Click Conditional Formatting and then Highlight cell rules.  Select Format Cells that are Greater than and type 68 and OK.
